In short
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep small pieces of information in the browser's own storage. This policy explains what Soma360, a product of Frostwood Limited, uses and why.
2. Essential cookies
These cookies are needed for Soma360 to work. They are not used to track you across other websites.
- soma360-session: keeps you signed in as you move between pages and remembers short-lived information, such as messages shown after you save a form. It expires after a period of inactivity or when you sign out.
- XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against cross-site request forgery, a type of attack where another website tries to submit forms in your name. It has the same lifetime as the session.
- remember_web_…: set only if you tick "Keep me signed in on this device". It keeps you signed in on that device until you sign out.
3. Browser storage for preferences
Soma360 stores a few display preferences in your browser so the app looks the way you left it, such as notices you have dismissed and whether menus are collapsed. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
If you install Soma360 on your phone or computer, it also stores an offline page and an icon so it can show a friendly message when you have no connection. Your pages and records are never stored offline.
4. Third-party services
- Google: our website shows Google's "Add as a preferred source" button, which loads a script from Google. Google may set or read its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
- Services you choose to use: when you pay by card through Paystack, open a WhatsApp chat, or join an online class on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Jitsi, that provider's own cookies and policies apply.
5. No advertising or analytics cookies
Soma360 does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in to Soma360 or submit forms.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this page if the cookies we use change. Questions? Contact us.
